We had a conference to attend just 12 minutes away and chose this hotel based on location, price and reviews - and we also got 4,000 American Airlines miles with it! There was a large shopping center a minute away with a Stop & Shop supermarket and only 6 minutes to the village with all the restaurants. We booked the standard King and was upgraded to the slightly lager King with Sofa. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and had a large screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, large closet with safe, and a large desk with plenty of outlets throughout the room. Free Wifi worked great. If we had to stay in the area again, we would choose this spot again. What needed Improvement: Breakfast. It was clean and nice but to accommodate vegan diets, there should have been a non-dairy option for milk so we could have at least had cereal. We had to go to the supermarket and purchase oat milk. I explained at the desk, that it would be so easy to provide oat or soy or almond... so many choices but she didn't seem to really care. Especially in a town with so many vegan menus at restaurants I was surprised the breakfast options were so lacking.

Most friendly staff we meet! Stayed two nights of our vacation here. Clean, comfortable and well accommodating. Asked for more towels and got plenty. Breakfast was standard. What made the stay was the friendly staff offering kind words, never being annoyed by my requests, and waters and small food items when arriving late.

Check in and check out, were very easy, quick and greeted in a friendly manner. The breakfast did not look very exciting, but I don’t eat breakfast very often anyway. I grabbed coffee and orange juice and was satisfied with both.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the reviews online about the hotel certainly did not match our experience. The room we stayed in was tired and worn. The bathtub was stained on the bottom. The mattress was comfortable and the location was excellent.

Front desk staff is helpful. You always know what to expect with Holiday Inn Express chain. It has the basics without the frills. When something goes wrong, they quickly fixed it or sincerely apologized. For example, room service skipped my room. Front desk apologized and gave me coffees. The elevator lands with a loud thud, but it works. Due to the Thanksgiving Day Parade in town, prices were very high for this hotel. Very close to all activities. They converted a room to a gym with new equipment, so that works. Near grocery stores, 24h drug store and gas station. TV has a small selection and Cast didn't work.

Checked in last night with my husband and dog to this “pet-friendly” hotel. Assigned room 203. Went upstairs only to find the room occupied. Got a new room assigned. This morning was yelled at by the front desk lady (Sally) for coming in with my dog, THAT I PAID FOR SEPARATELY, at this “pet-friendly” establishment. I was told not to make a cup of coffee since I had my dog. The coffee is between the front desk and dining room so I was not “allowed”. Way to ring in the new year 🙄

Good hotel. Clean, fast internet, friendly staff and good (but small) breakfast. The elevator is SCARY. It's also past due for an inspection,and by the scary sounds it makes, it's probably going to fail.
